Common questions
The order is launched as soon as possible and depends on the load on the base. Orders cannot be accelerated, it all depends on the current load.
Partial status means that we partially refund the remaining amount of an order. Sometimes, for different reasons, we are unable to deliver the full order, so we refund the undelivered part.
You need to put the service ID followed by |, then the link, then another |, and then the quantity on each line.

The cancel or refill button sends a trigger to cancel or refill an order. It does not work instantly. Sometimes it may be too late to stop an order, and sometimes an order may not need a refill.
If you partially canceled an order or we canceled it partially, you will not be able to refill your order.
Also, if the starting counter is below the initial value, refill will not be available.
